The Equipment Series

This section is dedicated to enhancing your knowledge and practise of the Equipment Repertoire. Here you will find short videos of different equipment series to watch and do whenever you get 10 mins! You may pick one and try to do it 5 times a week to really help your own practise and understanding of that series or you may watch as a quick refresher.

I have kept to the more traditional versions of the exercises as much as possible. There are many variations but I also believe we should know the original work and then decide if we need to adapt in the full knowledge of how it will change the work.
