Joseph Pilates original methodology was taught in studios with many pieces of apparatus where clients would move between Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and other pieces depending on their needs and goals.

Qualification details

Gain complete knowledge of the Matwork and Studio Equipment with the Full Comprehensive Teacher programme.
Becoming a Fully Comprehensive teacher not only completes your Pilates Teacher training, it also enhances and transforms your Mat classes as you learn so many new exercises which can be replicated or adapted if you do not have the larger Studio Equipment.
