The Level 2 Certificate in Group Strength Training is the qualification you need to add a progressive strength training programme to complement your existing Pilates sessions.

This course perfectly complements your existing Pilates knowledge and is designed specifically for Pilates teachers. The qualification is accredited by Active IQ and fully endorsed by CIMSPA.
The training is one day in person and continued through extensive tutor support.
All the training will be recorded so you can watch back after to reinforce your learning. Recordings are available for 12 months.
To help support your personal and professional development in strength training, we offer weekly online classes.
These sessions will focus on developing strength training skills, exploring a variety of moves, exercises, and training styles to help you learn, improve, and confidently incorporate them into your own classes. Pilates-inspired movement will be weaved in, demonstrating how to blend authentic strength training seamlessly into Pilates sessions for added depth and challenge.
