• You will deepen and review your Pilates Mat knowledge as we explore each of the 34 Mat exercises.
• You will explore many adaptations to breath extra life to each exercise.
• You will experience many variations to add challenge and extra twists to each exercise.
• You will also leave re-energised, refreshed and brimming with Matwork magic!
